What if my purchase isn't the correct size, or there is another problem?

You can return any product, in it's original form, to me within 30 days from the purchase date. I can offer you an exchange, change the size (sometimes!), or give you a refund. You do have to pay to have the item shipped back to me, however. If it is totally my blunder, of course I will reimburse you for shipping.


What if the clasp broke, or my pearl strand broke, or there is another problem?

First, don't panic! If something accidentally broke on your piece, please contact me through this site with a description of the issue and any pictures. Most things can be fixed! If your finger has changed size, up or down, I can usually correct this as well, unless it is a very large change. Contact me and I can give you a quote to alter your jewelry. (I do not do repairs on jewelry from other sites/stores, sorry.)

If your pearl strand broke, or is getting stretched out (this does happen on occasion since it is silk thread), contact me and I will restring it for a small, $15.00 fee with shipping included. If there are missing pearls, I will give you the price to replace them on the new restring.
